Project Overview

Peru’s high-altitude mines are punishing: thin air, abrasive rock dust, and constant heavy swings. The Komatsu PC300 needs a slewing ring that won’t quit. We supplied a large internal-gear ring that fits OEM specs and stands up to those long mining shifts.

All 42CrMo steel. The inner raceway gets a professional quench to boost wear resistance, then we CNC-drill blocking and mounting holes. Strict surface cleaning removes every machining residue. Gear teeth are hardened to DIN Class 7 to withstand full-bucket impacts.

Our optimized grease passages and heavy-duty multi-layer sealing keep sharp mineral dust out – that’s what kills standard bearings. Each finished unit is inspected against confidential drawings, then waterproof-wrapped, palletized, and boxed in fumigated wood. We’ve got photo records from heat treatment to factory delivery and even on-site lifting. This ring is engineered for 2,000+ annual hours, giving Peru’s PC300 reliable rotation in those tough alpine conditions.
