Project Overview

Kazakhstan’s outdoor amusement facilities face big temperature swings, dry dust, and long-duration alternating passenger loads. For Ferris wheel slewing bearings, we built a heavy-duty external-gear ring compatible with Kato NK400 equipment to ensure safe, stable rotation.

Robust 42CrMo steel – the inner raceway is integrally quenched to strengthen hardness and impact resistance. Precision CNC machining handles mounting and blocking holes, then we assemble rolling elements for smooth load bearing. Each finished bearing undergoes overall dimension and outer dimension measurement, with all indicators aligned to confidential drawings. Gear teeth are induction-hardened to DIN Class 7 for low-vibration transmission under dynamic loads.

Reinforced multi-layer dust sealing and optimized grease channels block dry dust and adapt to extreme cold/heat. Our photos cover heat treatment, drilling, assembly inspection, packaging design, and final package display. Engineered for 2,000+ annual hours, this large external ring provides durable, secure rotation for Kazakhstan’s year-round Ferris wheel operations.
