Project Overview

Brazil’s automated warehouses and manufacturing rely on palletizing robots that run high-frequency swing cycles for stacking and handling. They need compact, precise mini external-gear slewing rings with stable positioning and low wear. We customized one for Tadano Z500 palletizer models to fit the robot’s compact joints.

Manufactured from 42CrMo steel, we dual-precision-turn gear surfaces and raceways for ultra-smooth transmission. After assembly, each unit passes strict full inspection and functional testing to eliminate backlash and jitter during fast repeated rotation. Gear teeth are induction-hardened to DIN Class 7, supporting millions of daily palletizing movements.

Optimized fine dust-proof sealing and miniature lubrication channels block packaging dust and debris, reducing internal abrasion for long uninterrupted operation. All parameters are checked against drawings and palletizer blueprints. Our photos cover machining, assembly, testing, finished product, and on-site installation. This lightweight precision ring delivers consistent rotation for Brazil’s automated palletizing lines.
