Project Overview

South Korea’s automated workshops need ultra-precise, compact slewing rings for multi-joint industrial robots that run high-speed reciprocating motion under light-to-medium loads, with strict low-noise and zero-backlash requirements. We made a mini external-gear bearing matching Tadano Z400 robot arm specs to deliver steady, high-precision rotation.

High-strength 42CrMo steel, the miniature single-row four-point contact structure fits robot joint spaces perfectly. After precision outer dimension checks, we thoroughly clean surfaces to remove micro impurities that cause jitter at high speed. After assembly, professional gear meshing testing calibrates clearance for smooth, accurate positioning. Gear teeth are induction-hardened to DIN Class 7 to sustain millions of cycles.

Dustproof labyrinth sealing and micro lubrication channels keep fine workshop metal powder out, extending life during long production hours. All dimensions are verified against drawings before multi-layer protective packaging. Our photos cover assembly, factory packing, on-site robot installation, and disassembly inspection.
