Project Overview
Turkey’s large PV bases experience big temperature swings, outdoor dust, and long-term low-frequency reciprocating rotation. For solar trackers, we customized a mini external-gear ring matching Tadano Z300 specs that adjusts panel angles precisely for maximum generation.
Crafted from 42CrMo steel, the compact single-row four-point contact layout fits tight mounting spaces on photovoltaic brackets. Raceways and gear teeth are precision-machined and hardened to DIN Class 7, delivering smooth, low-backlash rotation during daily tracking. Optimized dustproof sealing and long-life lubrication channels block sand and condensation, preventing internal corrosion.
All dimensions are cross-verified against confidential drawings. Our project record includes multi-angle on-site installation photos from Turkish solar farms, plus packaging and shipment. This mini bearing is lightweight, stable, and long-lasting – capable of thousands of hours of automatic tracking. It gives reliable support for both distributed and ground-mounted PV projects across Turkey.
