Project Overview
The Philippines’ coastal amusement parks are humid and rainy, with Ferris wheel lifts under alternating heavy dynamic loads. We made a heavy-duty external-gear slewing ring matching Kato NK400 standards to support safe, round-the-clock operation.
High-strength 42CrMo steel – after precision turning, the raceways are integrally quenched and hardness-tested for abrasion resistance under cyclic loads. Our team assembles the rolling elements, then runs gear meshing tests to optimize clearance for smooth, low-noise rotation. All dimensions are verified against confidential drawings.
Multi-layer waterproof wrapping and reinforced sealing resist tropical rain and humid air; custom grease channels reduce friction. We photo-document everything from heat treatment to assembly testing to waterproof wooden case packing. Designed for 2,000+ hours per year, this large external ring delivers durable, secure support for Ferris wheel lifting facilities across the Philippines.
